Yep, we’re out in the bush, and we love that you are supporting our small business in an amazing little community. Thank you!

We know that you are super excited about receiving your order and we’ll move mountains to get it to you quickly using the most efficient means possible. We will keep you posted (ha!) on how your parcel is travelling each step of the way using either email or SMS – your choice.

Orders received prior to 1pm will be posted on the same day and orders received after 1pm will be posted the following business day.

When you spend $200 or more, we will post your order to you free! Woo hoo!

If your order is less than $200, we will post your order for a standard rate of $12 (domestic orders only) unless you select express post, which has a rate of $15 (domestic only). All free shipping offers are sent by standard post.

Please note that selected bulky items, including some priced over $200, have a shipping fee of $20 or $30. This will be noted on the product page and at the checkout.

If there is an item especially big and exciting that you have your eye on (oohh!), you can use the enquiry form on the product page to contact us to discuss shipping. We will advise you what the cost will be and exactly how we can get your goodies to you.

We are so grateful that you have shopped with us and so whether your purchase is for you, or a friend, we will gift wrap your order! If you are purchasing a gift and would like a special message included, you can let us know in the 'Order Instructions' section in your cart.
