If there is a particular item that we stock but just don't happen to have your size, let us know and we are more than happy to order it in.
Also keep in mind that we can order in a range of products from the brands we stock - it's not limited to the items we have in store.
Some of our brands do carry warranty, and that will be outlined in the product description. If you are unsure, reach out to us and we can assist you.
In some instances we can liaise directly with the brand, or we can provide their contact details so you can discuss the issue with them directly.

We don't offer lay-bys in store. Our suggestion is that you place your order online using AfterPay, and select the 'Pickup in Store' option at the checkout.
Yes, we certainly do!
Because of the nature of special orders, we do request a 50% deposit.
Please note that a special order item cannot be returned or refunded, and their deposits are also non-refundable.
Special orders are very exciting and important, but we do not have control over the timeframe of the delivery. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

At the Checkout you can enter the details for the shipping and billing address separately so upon checking this, we will know it's headed to a lucky person if these are different.
We do love going the extra mile and our gift wrapping is pretty up there if we do say so ourselves, so if this something you would like, make sure you add note in the 'Order Instructions' section in your Cart.
