Returns
We are busy, time gets away and parcels that need returning get forgotten but that lovely item might just be what someone else is looking for, so we would love you to return it as soon as possible once you decide it’s not for you.
Our return policy is 14 days so if this time has passed since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
If you are returning your item in store, please make sure you have a copy of the receipt.
If you are returning an item you purchase online and cannot get to our store, you will be responsible for paying you own shipping costs for your return. We recommend using registered post to track your return as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit on their way back to us.
PLEASE NOTE: sale items are not eligible for a refund and we do not offer store credit.
The important bits:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same ‘brand new’ condition that you received it – unworn or unused, no makeup marks, with tags still attached, and in its own, original packaging. You are also required to have proof of purchase in the form of a receipt, this may be a printed copy, or one received via text or email.
Your return will be assessed once it is received, and a refund will be issued only if the above conditions are met. This applies to full price items only; sale items are not eligible for a refund. The refund amount will not include any shipping charges, including the initial postage fee on your order.
The refund amount will be directed back to the original payment method.
To organise your return, please visit us in store or email hello@theconronstore.com.au within 14 days from the date your purchase was delivered and include the following details:
- In the subject line: Returns # order number
- In the email: name, contact number and a description of the item/s you wish to return and the reason for your return

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and make it right. We encourage you to take photos of the issue so we can assess the item and work out the next steps.
We are not liable for any damage that occur in transit so in this instance, please contact Australia Post.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved and processed.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Again, if there are any issues, please reach out to our team and we will assist you.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, special orders/custom products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Special Orders
As we indicate to you when you place your special order with us, these cannot be returned or refunded, and their deposits are also non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you are shopping online, the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you would like to make an exchange in store, bring the item back along with the receipt and we will process the exchange for you.
Please note we do not offer store credit.
